Questions
people ask us
Can’t find your answer? Send us a message or WhatsApp us. No question is too small.
Is what I share really confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between you and the team supporting you. We would only share information if someone is at serious risk of harm or the law requires it, and where possible we talk to you first.
Who can get support from SIKI Youth?
Young people facing mental health challenges, gender-based violence and other life struggles. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian will be asked to sign the consent form with you.
How do I book a therapy session?
Use the “Therapy session” button at the top of any page, or message us on WhatsApp. After booking you receive an email with your reference and a link to a short consent form.
Can I talk to someone online or by phone?
Yes. Sessions can be in person, by video call or by phone, whichever feels most comfortable for you.
How can I volunteer or partner with you?
Choose “Volunteering” or “Partnership” in the form above and tell us a little about yourself or your organisation. We’ll get back to you with next steps.
