What is it?

If someone has hurt, threatened or controlled you, what happened is not your fault. We offer a safe place to talk, help with safety planning and referrals to medical, legal and shelter services.

Through a personal assessment, practical coping techniques and regular sessions with a trained counsellor, we help you understand what you’re facing and take steps that feel manageable. You set the pace, and everything you share is confidential.

What will you get?

  • Improved mental health

Practical tools that support your wellbeing in the long run.

  • Stronger resilience

Face life’s challenges with a steadier, more confident mind.

  • Better relationships

Communicate openly and feel more connected to the people around you.

  • Clearer direction

Rediscover focus at school, at work and in daily life.
