Sugarmold Tin Inserts-Flat Bottom-Set 12

With these flat inserts, our cone shaped candles will stick out a little above the mold. You are buying a set of 12 flat bottom tin inserts..The flat bottom are perfect if you burn votive candles. We carry two types of sugar mold tin inserts, the cone shaped, and the flat bottom inserts like these. With our cone shape inserts they are flush. So it is your preference. So again...our candles our flush with our cone shape inserts and rise above with our flat inserts (see last photo).Our sugar mold candles fit both inserts. The flat bottom inserts are better for burning votives. Not using an insert when burning candles in the sugar molds is asking for trouble. The problem with glass inserts, which we do not carry, is that sooner or later they will shatter and, well, create a mess and a danger. Not using the inserts will make it almost impossible to dig the old candle out of the mold. All of our complete sugar molds come with the inserts. Dimensions: 2.25"D x 2.5"W. Some photos show how our candles fit in these "flat" inserts. They will stick out above the insert. If you want the candles to be flat, get our cone inserts. PLEASE READ: Ours are a COPPER finish. Candles ARE NOT included.
